OUR STORY:

Pallets-R-Us Inc. humbly started out as a side hustle while in the produce business. Nicholas N. Sorge (Father) & Nicholas M. Sorge Sr. (Son) would pick up broken pallets by hand, load them into their truck, and store them in their families’ backyard in Deer Park, NY. These pallets were manually fixed by hammer and nail and sold off to turn a small profit. In 1984, Pallets-R-Us was officially incorporated. As the company slowly grew, the backyard was relocated to a dirt yard, and the dirt yard was later upgraded to a small 1-acre lot with a newly constructed 8,000 SF Building located in Wyandanch, NY. Fast forward 40 years and a tremendous amount of hard work, The Sorge Family currently employs over 250 people and is highly respected throughout the pallet industry. In 2009 Pallets-R-Us Inc. moved into their newly constructed, fully approved state-of-the-art 120,000+ SF facility with 37 loading docks situated on 19.2 acres in Bellport, NY. Pallets-R-Us Inc. also operates out of 2 locations in Hunts Point Bronx, NY.  Pallets-R-Us Inc. is the true definition of family-owned and operated. The company is currently run by Nicholas M. Sorge Sr. (President) & Thomas J. Sorge Sr. (Vice President) alongside many other family members who have contributed to the company’s growth and success over the years.
